Project screens from the BCG RISE engagement

BCG RISE is a workforce transformation programme run by BCG U in Singapore, with a range of programmes and courses for different audiences.

Our role was the strategy and design layer: digital strategy, UX/UI, information architecture and copywriting. BCG’s existing technology team handled the build.

Many programmes, many audiences, one enterprise CMS. How do you design for all of them?

What we found

The website had to bring those programmes together in one clear experience, and work within BCG’s enterprise CMS, balancing flexibility with reusable components.

What we recommended

We suggested designing one digital system rather than a collection of separate pages.

  • Start with stakeholder input and the goals of each programme
  • Map user journeys for each audience, from first visit to registration
  • Build a clearer sitemap and information hierarchy
  • Turn the design into reusable patterns that fit BCG’s CMS

What we implemented

We delivered the strategy, design and copy BCG’s team needed to build the site with confidence.

  • Stakeholder engagement and audit sessions
  • User journeys, a proposed sitemap and information architecture
  • Creative concepts and interactive Figma prototypes
  • Responsive designs for the main site, programme pages and campaign landing pages, plus website copy

What we delivered

  • Stakeholder workshops and audit
  • User journeys and sitemap
  • Creative concepts and Figma prototypes
  • Responsive UX/UI for the site and programme pages
  • Campaign landing-page templates
  • CMS-ready component library
  • Website and landing-page copy
